Focused & Full · The Nomad Build
Privacy Policy
Effective July 26, 2026 · Last updated July 30, 2026
Focused & Full is a life-planning application created by Ángel Luis López and operated through The Nomad Build. This policy explains what information the app accesses, why it is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.
1. Information you provide
When you create a Focused & Full account, we collect your username and email address and WordPress stores a protected password hash. We never need to display or store your readable password. You may enter goals, tasks, schedules, journal entries, habits, personal reflections, financial estimates, bills, assets, debts, vision-board content, workout plans, workout history, body measurements, health goals, progress pictures, food preferences, and other planning information. You choose what to enter and may take the introductory tour without connecting an external account.
Purchase and access information may include your name, email address, billing details, order number, order status, access type, expiration date, refund status, and an installation-pairing code. WooCommerce processes the order on The Nomad Build website. When PayPal or another payment option is selected, that provider processes the payment under its own privacy policy. Full payment-card numbers and PayPal credentials are not stored inside Focused & Full.
2. Information stored on your device
Your plan, tasks, journal, Deep Dive answers, bills, asset estimates, completion history, workout plans and history, body-progress entries, food rhythm, imported calendar events, private calendar notes, local calendar planning adjustments, and most preferences are stored locally in your browser or installed web app in storage separated by signed-in account. Vision-board and optional health-progress images are stored in the browser’s local IndexedDB storage. This information remains on that device unless you intentionally export, share, clear, or remove it.
The account screen prevents normal app access by another signed-out user, but local browser storage is not a substitute for device encryption. Someone with privileged access to an unlocked device, browser developer tools, device backup, or browser profile may still be able to inspect locally stored information. Use a device passcode, sign out on shared devices, and do not enter information on a device you do not trust.
Clearing browser data, uninstalling the web app, changing browsers, or losing the device may remove locally stored information. Focused & Full does not currently promise cloud backup of this local planning data.
3. Google Calendar data
If you connect one or more Google Calendar accounts, Focused & Full requests read-only access. The app accesses the calendars available to each Google account you select and reads event information such as event title, start and end time, all-day status, location, calendar name, connected-account label, and an event link. This information is used only to place your existing commitments into your timeline and organize planning blocks around them.
You may add a private note or make a local planning adjustment to a synchronized event inside Focused & Full. Those local changes are stored on your device and are not written back to or used to modify the original Google or Microsoft calendar event.
- Focused & Full does not create, modify, or delete Google Calendar events with its read-only connection.
- Calendar events returned during a sync are stored in the local app on your device so the timeline can display them.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form in the website database so the connection can continue until you disconnect it or authorization expires.
- Google Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.
- You can disconnect each Google account separately inside Life Tools. You may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions.
Focused & Full’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Microsoft and imported calendars
If you connect one or more Microsoft Outlook accounts, the app uses read-only calendar permission for the same planning purpose. OAuth tokens and connected-account identifiers are stored in encrypted or privacy-preserving form on the website, and each account can be disconnected separately. If you import an ICS calendar file, its parsed events are stored locally on the device and are not used to modify the original calendar.
5. Fitbit and health information
If you intentionally connect Fitbit, Focused & Full requests activity, heart-rate, profile, and weight permissions so it can display selected fitness information such as steps, active minutes, and resting heart rate. Fitbit credentials are stored in encrypted form on the website. The health summary displayed by the app is stored locally on your device and is not used for advertising or sold.
Apple Health and Android Health Connect are not accessed by this web-app version. Those services require separately signed native applications and their own device permission screens.
6. Optional enhanced AI planning
Enhanced AI planning is optional. When enabled and configured by The Nomad Build, planning inputs you submit and selected summaries needed to prepare a plan may be sent to the configured AI service provider. Do not enter information you do not want processed for that purpose. You can turn enhanced AI off and use the built-in local planning rules instead.
7. Notifications and technical information
If you enable reminders, the service may store a push-subscription endpoint, timezone, reminder time, and a privacy-preserving installation identifier. The service records the most recent time a valid signed-in account or anonymous trial installation checked in while the app was visible. When you sign in, the service also stores a cryptographically random, revocable session-token hash, the linked account and access record, creation and expiration times, and a privacy-preserving device identifier. The private administrator dashboard uses the latest check-in timestamp to show whether an entitlement is online now or when it was last active. This presence information is not displayed to other community members. The readable session token stays on your device and normally expires after 30 days. The website may also process IP address, browser information, request time, and error information for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.
8. Community profiles and posts
If you join the Focused & Full Community, the service stores your chosen display name, unique handle, optional tagline, profile color, optional profile picture, community posts, reactions, reports, and any picture or Vision Board image you intentionally share. These items are stored on The Nomad Build website so active members can see and react to them. A post you intentionally share outside the app receives a public preview page that can be viewed without membership; it shows the shared post, its public profile details, its intentionally attached image, and a Focused & Full invitation. Community and profile images are delivered from a public web address, so do not upload private or confidential images. Your email address, calendar events, private notes, financial information, health information, journal, and other private app data are not placed in the community feed or public preview unless you deliberately copy or share something into a post.
Community posts may be screened, reported, hidden, or removed to enforce the positive-community rules, protect members, comply with law, and prevent abuse. There are no public comments. You can remove your own posts from the app and request deletion of your profile or server-side community records by contacting us.
9. How information is used
Information is used to provide the app, build and display plans, synchronize connected calendars, maintain trial or paid access, deliver requested notifications, process purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
10. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers necessary to operate the service, including website hosting and WordPress infrastructure, WooCommerce for ecommerce records, PayPal or another selected payment provider, Google, Microsoft, or Fitbit when you connect their services, an AI provider when you enable enhanced AI, and browser push-notification services when you enable notifications. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections.
11. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local app information remains until you delete it, clear browser storage, or uninstall the app. Calendar credentials remain until you disconnect the provider, revoke permission, authorization expires, or the corresponding server record is deleted. The administrator may permanently delete Trial entitlement records and their associated trial sessions; deleting a registered trial entitlement does not automatically delete that person’s WordPress login or intentionally shared community posts. Order and payment-reference records may be retained as required for accounting, tax reporting, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, support, and legal obligations.
You may disconnect calendars within the app, disable enhanced AI, disable notifications, remove journal entries and other local content, or clear the app’s browser storage. To request deletion of server-side Focused & Full account or calendar-connection information, email angel@thenomadbuild.com from the address connected with the purchase or account.
12. Security and international processing
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including HTTPS, password hashing managed by WordPress, revocable account sessions whose raw tokens are not stored in the website database, access controls, rate limiting, and encrypted OAuth credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Because The Nomad Build and its providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside your country under applicable safeguards.
13. Children
Focused & Full is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.
14. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes may also be shown inside the app.
