1. The service

Focused & Full provides planning, scheduling, journaling, reflection, calendar-reading, budgeting, asset-estimation, vision-board, workout planning and timing, meal-habit planning, a positive member community, notification, and related self-organization tools. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and responsible use

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, signed-in device, and connected accounts secure; for the information you enter; and for decisions or actions you take based on app output. Do not share a password or leave the app signed in on a device other people can access. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

3. Trial, purchases, and access

A new installation may receive a seven-day trial. After the trial, paid access may be required. Available annual or lifetime options, prices, taxes, renewal terms, and checkout conditions are shown before purchase. Access activates after The Nomad Build confirms payment and successfully pairs the purchase with the installation or account.

Annual Access is a one-time purchase providing one year of access from payment confirmation and does not automatically renew. Lifetime Access is also a one-time purchase. “Lifetime” means access for the supported life of the Focused & Full service and does not guarantee that every present feature, provider integration, or platform will remain unchanged forever.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The payment provider may apply currency conversion, authorization, or other account-specific terms.

4. Seven-day satisfaction promise, refunds, and disputes

Focused & Full includes a seven-day satisfaction promise for website purchases. You may request a refund within seven calendar days after payment by emailing angel@thenomadbuild.com from the purchase email address and providing the order number. Approved refunds revoke the corresponding paid access. This promise does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

After that period, refunds are generally limited to duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, material access failures we cannot reasonably correct, or circumstances required by law. Contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate access or pairing problems.

5. Connected services

Google, Microsoft, PayPal, WooCommerce, payment-card networks, AI providers, browser notification systems, WordPress, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Their availability and behavior are outside The Nomad Build’s complete control. You may disconnect optional calendar integrations at any time.

6. Privacy

The Focused & Full Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, and shared. It forms part of these Terms.

7. Planning and wellness disclaimer

Focused & Full is an organizational and educational tool. It is not medical, nutrition, fitness-training, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, accounting, religious, or other professional advice. Exercise demonstrations, warm-ups, meal patterns, body estimates, financial values, business multipliers, budgets, opportunities, priorities, and AI-generated suggestions are general information and may be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong for an individual. Stop exercise for concerning symptoms and seek qualified professional guidance when a decision requires professional judgment.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately; do not rely on this app.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the lawful content you enter or upload. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the right to use uploaded images and other materials.

9. Positive Community rules

The community exists for progress, goals, encouragement, gratitude, useful thoughts, and constructive updates. You may not use it to harass, shame, threaten, insult, discriminate, compete destructively, impersonate others, expose private information, advertise spam, solicit unlawfully, or upload sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content. Comments are intentionally unavailable. Members may use hearts and likes, share posts, and report content that does not belong.

When you deliberately use a post’s external Share control, that post may be presented on a public preview page so the recipient can see what you sent without installing or purchasing the app. The preview may display your chosen public profile details, optional profile picture, post text, source label, reactions, and intentionally attached image. Do not share content or identity details you do not want recipients or people with the link to view.

We may automatically screen content and may hide, review, or remove posts or profiles that violate these rules. Repeated or serious violations may result in loss of community or app access. Moderation cannot guarantee that every inappropriate post will be detected immediately.

10. Intellectual property

Focused & Full, its original design, branding, software, written material, graphics, audio, and related content are owned by The Nomad Build or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your access is a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service, not a sale of the underlying software or brand.

11. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, legal requirements, or product changes may interrupt or modify features. We may update these Terms or discontinue features while making reasonable efforts to preserve paid-user value where practical.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, security threats, material breach of these Terms, community abuse, or misuse of the service. You may stop using the service and disconnect external accounts at any time.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed outcomes. The Nomad Build and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Focused & Full during the twelve months preceding the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
