A personal note from Ángel
I have personally used carnivore-style one-meal-a-day intervals for roughly three months at a time, followed by periods of eating more normally. This describes my experience only. It is not a recommendation, medical treatment or promise of results.
Important considerations
Restrictive diets and fasting can be inappropriate for many people and can affect medications, hydration, nutrient intake, blood glucose, digestion and training recovery. Children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding people, anyone with an eating-disorder history, and people with certain medical conditions should not begin restrictive fasting without qualified clinical guidance.
If you choose to discuss this approach with a healthcare professional, ask about hydration, electrolytes, fiber and micronutrient adequacy, laboratory monitoring, medication timing and a safe way to stop.
